About pricing and subscriptions
Are prices per establishment?
Yes. Each establishment subscribes with its own plan and cycle; further establishments are added from the same account, each with its own subscription.
What is the difference between bought add-ons and overage?
Add-ons are seats you buy with the subscription and pay at its cycle — yearly with the same discount. Overage is anything beyond the included and bought seats, billed monthly at the published rate after the program asks you first.
Is there a charge per patient?
No, never. Employees and specialists already measure growth, and we never want our price to push you to trim your medical records.
What happens when a subscription ends?
The establishment stays read-only for 30 days, during which you can download all its data, then locks until renewal — your data is not deleted when a subscription ends.
Do prices include tax?
Displayed prices are before tax. In Saudi Arabia 15% VAT is added and you receive a tax invoice in your establishment’s name.
